We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). For inquiries sent over the weekend, you'll hear from us by Monday afternoon. Complex custom order requests may take slightly longer as we prepare detailed proposals.
Yes! We love welcoming visitors to our studio. However, appointments are required as we're often focused on creating pieces. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your visit. We can show you our workspace, discuss custom projects, and you can see works in progress.
For the best results, please include: desired size or dimensions, preferred colors, any specific design elements you'd like, intended use or location, and your timeline. Photos of inspiration pieces are also very helpful! Don't worry if you're not sure about all details - we can guide you through the process.
Yes, we work with select retailers, galleries, and interior designers. Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 10 pieces or more. Please use the contact form above, selecting "Wholesale Inquiry" as your subject, and include information about your business and the types of pieces you're interested in carrying.
