Returns and Refunds
At Storelyattractiv, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of handmade cards and printed materials. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Production: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is requested before production begins
- During Production: Orders already in production may be cancelled, but a cancellation fee may apply
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the items (see Returns and Refunds section)
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order:

- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
- We will confirm cancellation and process any applicable refund
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply in the following situations:
- Custom or personalized orders that have entered production
- Orders that require special materials or processing
- Rush orders that have been expedited
Any applicable cancellation fees will be clearly communicated before processing. Standard orders cancelled before production typically incur no fees.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before shipping, we will refund the full amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Return Terms
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Custom-made handmade cards and personalized printed materials may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Items must be in original packaging when possible
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must not show signs of use or damage
- Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Customer Pays: Standard returns due to change of mind
- We Pay: Returns due to our error, defective items, or incorrect orders
- We Pay: Returns within 14 days for UK customers (as required by law)
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at office@storelyattractiv.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
- Package the items securely in their original packaging if available
- Include the Return Authorization Number with your return
- Ship the items to the address provided
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:
- Custom-made or personalized handmade cards
- Personalized printed materials with specific text or designs
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Refund Procedure
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days)
Refund Amount
Refunds include the full purchase price of returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective handmade cards or printed materials:
- Contact us immediately at office@storelyattractiv.world with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items
- Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
