Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. Arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Court Proceedings

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in court at any time. Additionally, disputes involving small claims may be brought in small claims court.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
